SR Otterbrook's Miss Whimsy CD JH MX MXJ WC

 

Whimsy and Virginia have ventured into the sport of agility. With her natural athleticism, Whimsy quickly learned the contact obstacles and the fun of running an agility course. She earned her NA title with three straight qualifying scores including a "clean run" earning her first in the class. Memorial day weekend 2001 was celebrated with a first place in Novice Jumpers with Weaves with a "clean run" earning Whimsy her NAJ Title. Two weeks later Whimsy earned her OA title with a second and two thirds. Joanne and Whimsy earned Otterbrook's first NAHRA title the spring of 2001 by qualifying in four straight started tests to become a SR. And on Sept. 15, 2001 Whimsy added a JH title to her list of accomplishments. October 2001 found Virginia and Whimsy back in the agility ring finishing her OAJ title earned with all class placements. The 2001 Thanksgiving Day Cluster saw Whimsy earning her first Q in the Excellent A classes. Whimsy had clean runs in both the Excellent A Standard and Excellent A Jumpers with Weaves to get a Double Q. Her efforts were awarded with two third class placements in very tough competition with more than 50 dogs running in her height division alone. Her agility career was put on hold for the rest of 2001 and the early part of 2002 while she took time off to raise her first litter. June of 2002 saw her return to agility competition and at our SBGRC Agility trial, June 8&9, 2002, Whimsy earned her second AX and AXJ qualifications with class placements. The 2002 summer was spent back in the field which netted her a WC title at the Hudson Valley Golden Retriever Club test in August. With the coming of fall Whimsy again has returned to the agility ring and over the 2002 Labor Day weekend she finished her AX and AXJ Titles and had another Double Q. Whimsy earned her AX title on Sunday 9/1/02 with a Third place in the Excellent A Standard class. In the Jumpers with Weaves classes she Q'd all three days, earning her AXJ title on Saturday 8/31/02, two Excellent B JWW qualifications towards the 10 needed for her MXJ title and 9 MACH points. _Whimsy  home  about us  present goldens  breeding philosophy  litters
